Travelocity Business has been appointed by The International Grains Council to assist attendees in booking accommodation whilst attending their event. An allocation of rooms at reduced rates has been held from 9th June 2008, although bookings can be made for any number of nights. Please note: the allocation of rooms will be released on 9th  May 2008.

London hotels are very busy during this period, so it is important that attendees make their bookings as soon as possible to ensure that their preferred hotel is secured.

If you have any special requests or require a specific hotel, that is not listed, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can assist if possible.

All bookings are the sole responsibility of the traveller who must adhere to the hotels terms and conditions.

Delegates are responsible for booking and paying for their own hotel accommodation. The International Grains Council cannot accept any hotel charges.
