I give permission to list the following contact details in the DELEGATE CONTACTS DIRECTORY. This is a password-protected networking area on the conference website (www.igc.org.uk) which is opened ten days prior to the event.

To help us ensure that all delegates are able to participate fully, please let us know about any special requirements. (eg. vegetarian meals, disability access)
Cancellations
A 5% administration charge will apply for cancellations received before 8 May 2010. No refunds will be made after this date. Delegate substitutes may be made at any time.
