- Special early booking rate:	£520US$860 €600 (payment must be received by 31/03/10)
- Regular conference fee	£560US$930 €640 (payment received after 31/03/10)

Cancellations

A 5% administration charge will apply for cancellations received before 8 May 2010. No refunds will be made after this date. Delegate substitutes may be made at any time.
