Exhibition Offer
The exhibition area for 2008 has been changed from the small Thames Room used in 2007 to the much larger Pickwick Suite. The Pickwick Suite will be the only room used for coffee breaks and for the drinks reception. It will also be used for the majority of delegates for the lunch.
What you will receive
One free delegate place, normally costing £525 or €770
A rectangular exhibition stand in white panelling, 2 metres wide and 1 metre deep. It will stand 2.3 metres high. Graphics can be velcroed directly on to the panels.
A curved fascia panel at the front of the stand which allows for the Company name and two logos in colour.
Each stand will have two spotlights and a twin 13 amp socket to power laptops and other small items.

- Two stools and a table

Total cost: £2,000 or €2,900
